How will I receive my products?

All products are delivered digitally. Once your invoice is paid in full, you will receive an HTML email with your download link. Clicking on the link will bring you to your download.

How are subscription products delivered?

Subscriptions are delivered by attachment to HTML email. Depending on your subscription these may arrive monthly or bi-monthly.

What is HTML email?

All email programs can accept HTML email. Check your settings to make sure you do not have this feature turned off.

My delivery email is not in my inbox?

First, check your junk or spam folder. Then, make sure to add agentsuccessprograms.com to your safe senders.

When will I be charged for my subscriptions?

Subscription charges are made on the first of each month your are a subscriber.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Please contact us at ecommerce@agentsuccessprograms.com with your full name and product. We will be happy to cancel your subscription for the next billing cycle. Please allow five business days for this transaction to complete.

Do you take orders by mail?

No, we are ecommerce based only.

Can I pay by check?

No. We accept credit cards only.

How do I return my product and receive a refund?

Generally, Agent Success Programs, Inc. sells intellectual property, and therefore does not take returns or refunds. We recognize that there may be special cases and allow for review of your case based on merit.
